My KillerKeys installer is not working, and this is the first time I'm installing this program, are there any known conflicts I should be aware of?
Apr 13, 2013 by Gard Cookson

There are a few programs that might stop the KillerKeys installer, or even the program itself, from operating properly. In general, Virus Protection programs may block KillerKeys from doing what it needs to, it's always best to "white list" KillerKeys within these programs when you can, or perhaps temporarily disable these programs while you're installing KillerKeys.

Also, programs such as Sandboxie, which prevents other programs from writing data to the computer, are known to cause issues with KillerKeys. Again, the best method is to close/disable these programs when running the KillerKeys installer.
