Can I install KillerKeys onto a computer that is not connected to the Internet?

If you are using a Mac computer, an internet connection is required to install the software; however after the install process, you do not need to be on the internet to use the application.
If you are on a Windows computer, there is a way to install the software on a computer not connected to the internet.
