KillerKeys is not properly recognizing my cloud apps, is there a fix for this?

Some background running applications, such as Virus Protection software, may interfere with KillerKeys recognizing cloud apps properly. If you're within a cloud app that is supposed to be supported by KillerKeys and it is not working, first try closing all other background running apps to ensure that is not the cause. If you have a Virus Protection program running that you do not wish to close, try adding KillerKeys to the exceptions list of that program. If the cloud app is still not recognized, or you've discovered a specific background application causing this issue, please contact us.
