  Shift Backspace Reduce a selection to a single field.
Alt   Down Arrow Move left, right, up, or down to view different pages in the Print Preview window.
   F10 Activate the menu bar.

   F2 Activate the entry bar to edit text in a field.
  Shift F2 Display task information.
  Shift F2 Display resource information.
  Shift F2 Display assignment information.
   F3 Display all filtered tasks or all filtered resources.
Alt   F3 Display the Field Settings dialog box.
  Shift F3 Reset sort order to ID order and turn off grouping.
Alt   F4 Close the program window.
  Shift F6 Activate the split bar.
   F6 Select a drawing object.
  Shift F8 Turn on or off the Add To Selection mode.
   F8 Turn on or off the Extend Selection mode.
 Ctrl  F9 Turn on or off Auto Calculate.
Alt   Hyphen Activate the project control menu.

 Ctrl Shift < Decrease the font size of the selected text.
 Ctrl Shift > Increase the font size of the selected text.
   Down Arrow Move one line down.
 Ctrl  Down Arrow Move down one paragraph.
   Down Arrow Move to the next row.
Alt   Down Arrow Open a selected drop-down list.
 Ctrl  End Move to the end of a text box.
   End Move to the end of the entry.
  Shift End Select from the insertion point to the end of the entry.
 Ctrl Shift F Change the font.
 Ctrl  F10 Maximize or restore a selected window.
Alt  Shift F10 Display the menu or message for an action. If more than one action is present, switch to the next action and display its menu or message.
  Shift F10 Display a shortcut menu for a selected item, such as a folder or file.
  Shift F4 Repeat the last Find action.
Alt   F4 Open the list.
 Ctrl  F5 Restore the size of the active window after you maximize it.
   F5 Update the file list.
   F6 Move to a task pane from another pane in the program window (clockwise direction). You may need to press F6 more than once. Note If pressing F6 doesn't display the task pane you want, try pressing ALT to place focus on the menu bar or Ribbon, which is a part of the Office Fluent Ribbon, and then pressing CTRL+TAB to move to the task pane.
  Shift F6 Move to a pane from another pane in the program window (counterclockwise direction).
 Ctrl  F6 When more than one window is open, switch to the next window.
 Ctrl Shift F6 Switch to the previous window.
 Ctrl  F7 When a document window is not maximized, perform the Move command (on the Control menu for the window). Press the arrow keys to move the window. When you finish, press ESC.
