If I change my application's keyboard shortcuts, will KillerKeys recognize those changes?
Apr 14, 2014 by Gard Cookson

No. KillerKeys shortcuts are derived from their respective programs' default shortcut list, therefore, if you have altered the default shortcuts in your particular application, some of the KillerKeys may no longer work properly.

For example, in Premiere Pro "J" means Rewind; if you've gone in and changed the rewind shortcut to be "R" in Premiere, our Rewind key will no longer function, because it's still sending the default "J" command. If some of your KillerKeys shortcuts aren't working, the best thing to do is first make sure all your application shortcuts are on their default settings.

We are currently working on a new feature that will allow you to change the VR Keyboard shortcuts manually, so that you can match them to the changes you made in the application. There is no ETA at this time, but we hope to implement this feature soon.
